Aside from the book I mention in the first article (which really gave a comprehensive range of design principles) I categorised what I felt to be key ingredients to user experience. I am trying to search for examples that illustrate these principles in an online setting but also be very aware that these themes can be applied to other interfaces and physical products or environments too (like the Banksy example).

These aspects of UX as I see them are extremely relevant for businesses and services where a user or customer interacts with a designed artefact. The idea of a framework is for flexibility when applying any design work that can accommodate just about any design problem, and that's the aim here.

There are several other books I have read - Bill Buxton's Sketching User Experiences, Don Noman's Emotional Design and Brendan Dawe's Analogue In, Digital Out have all inspired me to try and map out this framework. I guess it is a particular way of applying a user centred philosophy that is away from the final design solution but more about the impact on a user's life. Really glad you are enjoying it, great to get feedback, and it makes me keep going! Cheers
