User stories are scenarios, based on research findings, that a user may find when using the website and interacting with a product.
Typically they are a concise sentence that states the user type, the need or want and the action and outcome of their interaction.
Where the transactional interaction on a site is critical (e.g. buying products on an e-commerce site) and the results need to be measured.
Used when persuading customers to transact, and convert from being a user to becoming a customer.
Seen after the initial analysis phase and structure work has been completed.
They are working documents that are not finished designs but are likely to change as the design process progresses and functional requirements are clarified.
